Overview

The first train car dooms an addict. This is the story of Giovanni Mascheroni, a man who went down the pit of damnation of the Bronx and was able to find light at the end of his tragedy. Conveying real sensations can be one of the most complex goals when generating content, more so if we base ourselves on the reconstruction of the unpleasant experiences of other people and of a society at large. The Devil's Pit is the result of hours of work from a creative team that turned an interview into an opportunity to speak to the world about the past of a couple of downtown streets of the Colombian capital that were inhabited by fear, ruin, drug addiction and death. The Bronx. The intent of this work is to send a message of hope and light to those who live in the dark, raw world of drugs. This short documentary roams - with the protagonist’s eyes - these short, 'L-shaped' streets that watched him descend into hell, rising again into the sunrise, able to provide a useful testimonial to society.
